Safety is the top priority on your construction site – as your planning coordinator, we make sure of this right from the planning phase. We protect both you as the client and the contractors working on the construction site from accidents and their consequences. 

Our task is to coordinate legally required implementation of the “Principles of Hazard Prevention” by the contracted specialist planners. In the next step, we develop a health and safety plan and compile the documentation for subsequent work. This becomes an integral part of the tender and forms the basis for optimised and safe joint work on the construction site.

Within the framework of the Construction Coordination Act (BauKG), as construction site coordinator, we take over the implementation, control and, if necessary, adaptation of all safety precautions and safety briefings on the construction site resulting from the health and safety plan. In this way, not only do we ensure that the safety of all persons and companies involved in the construction process is guaranteed at all times, we also contribute to the efficiency and cost optimisation of your construction project.
